Brunch in Cibo Wine Bar

There’s no way around this… Cibo South Beach is hands down one of my favorite spots for brunch! I think of the word Cibo to be more than its literal translation: Food. I believe that Cibo means To Enjoy, this is what I take from this Restaurant.

Starting from its location in the beautiful quiet SoFi part of the beach, next to South Pointe Park, it is where locals go to spend quality time.

When you enter you are greeted by the hostess and then you look to the right and to the left and you get the sense that you are in a chill, casual chic restaurant. For brunch, you can choose to sit in the lower level, close to the bar or in the ground level where the food is.

Zonin Prosecco

Talking about food, this is where this gets interesting… Italian house-made fresh food! The brunch is buffet style, so get ready for a flavor feast! BUT FIRST: order your drink: Choice of Bubbles at half off and complimentary orange juice for your must-have Mimosas!

Antipasto station

OK, now, for the tastiness to come:

You will begin with a station of baked goods where you have all imaginary types of bread, croissants, rolls, I mean it is Italians we are talking here about.

Transitioning into an antipasto station, showcasing a vast selection of cheeses, followed by fresh seafood. From there you will see a table with fresh fruits, and a granola bar, yogurt, honey and more toppings options.

You may get distracted by the floor to ceiling wall of wine collection, but you’ll soon come back to the food in front of you.

Next station is for Pizza! Yes, pizza made from scratch in front of you (perfect for some dough stunts visuals) and then it goes into the wood oven…comes out so yummy!

Right next to it? Meat delight! carving station with cold Italian cuts and hot thick pieces of Sirloin and Steaks!

Waffle with a selection of fresh fruites
Cookies for every taste

You know it an Italian place, right? yes, its time for Fresh, handmade, Pasta! There are usually 4 types of pasta, you can go ahead and try them separately or go wild on pasta and order them all! Why? because you can, that’s why!

I did say brunch, so for the more traditional palate, you have of course your omelet station. choose your toppings also add your potato and bacon in or on a side!

Variety of sweets
Tiramisu

Ok, now “Leave the Gun, take the Cannoli” Dessert bar! sweets, treats, waffles, pies and more magical goodness

Vegetarian? Meat Lover? Cibo’s got you covered! Buon Apettito!

Fresh filled cannoli
