A very new addition to the Lincoln Rd family, a new baby born in the middle of summer to bring Mediterranean flavors to its visitors – restaurant and bar: 7 Spices

It is very surprising to enter a restaurant on Lincoln road and find the interior so carefully designed. Lincoln road is mostly focused on outdoor dining as the inside space is usually tiny and often neglected.

This young couple is new to the neighborhood but they came focused on providing great experience through fresh food and amazing service.
The owners of 7 Spices did so great work on bringing elegant, chic and urban design with Mediterranean flair into its space. Everything from the table tops and plate settings, to the lighting, they designed it all by themselves. They are a lovely couple who worked very hard in making their dream a reality and when you visit this place you most probably will meat one of both of them.

The open kitchen offers you a colorful show of the food preparation process. Wouldnt it makes you feel wonderful to see how your food is prepared?

As I already mentioned the food is Meditteranean style. What will stand out to you is: FRESH! From the basil leaves to the imported ingredients from Chypres (like creamy burrata). And you can’t miss the falafel made from scratch every day with the original recipe. You will feel it in its taste and texture.
portions are generous and good to share.
By the way, as all food is prepared at the moment you can make special requests in case you have allergies (those who follow me on Instagram know I am a big Low-Carb / Keto fan so being able to have my Tabule without wheat was a major plus for me.

Mediterranean kitchen contains lots of vegetarian options so if you don’t eat meat go there without a doubt. But if you are a meat lover, you will be delighted with filet mignon and lamb chops seasoned and cooked to perfection.

Definitely, don’t miss on burrata salad. this special burrata cheese comes from chypres

But of course, we all have that one friend who only eats burgers. So guess what! the menu also includes those and not just one but 3 different types so even the pickiest of your friends will not be able to come up with more excuses. Pasta options are also available as an international dish.

It is time to talk about drinks.
Well…have a seat and listen up! Let’s start with the most important guy in the bar, the barman, but we’re going to refer to him as a Mixologist from here on. Trained in NYC and Abroad, he brings in a vast Mixologist knowledge to 7 Spices. The cocktails are made fresh daily. You might be thinking, well, duh, right? Let me shine some light on to you…

Most of the bars would have some kind of store bought syrup for sweetening drinks, they may also have store bought and refrozen juices that they add to their cocktails in order to save a buck or two. Not in 7 Spices! Like I said FRESH! The syrup is made on a daily basis and is not a sugar, it is actually a mix of different natural ingredients that are carefully selected by our friend Mixologist to meet the highest standards! If you ask him he proudly will show you and explain what is in it and how it all works together.

If you have any questions about the drink itself, feel free to ask him, and if you do, sit and relax because you will get a Master Class in Mixology with your drinks! he will not only give you a list of main ingredients, he will explain the reasons why those ingredients are mixed together and where they come from. So, my friends, 7Spices is not a fast food stop, it is an experience.

All in all, I am so happy to see new restaurants opening on Lincoln Road and even more, see how they are bringing style, freshness, yumminess, and all around goodness to Miami Beach!

They are still setting up the happy hour and I will be looking into it soon and promise you a post about it.

7 Spices is located on 610 LINCOLN ROAD, MIAMI BEACH FL 33139
